Abbreviations:
BOGO = buy one, get one free (sometimes instead of free, it will be % off)
ECB = extra care bucks, loyalty program through CVS, coupons are valid for 30 days
eVIC = loyalty program through Harris Teeter, requires email sign-up
manager's special = Kroger name for sale items that are reduced either because they are close to the expiration date or because an incorrect order was placed
