Summer is here - officially!

Summer is officially here - and while my garden is overflowing with vegetables, including peppers and tomatoes, this watermelon is still from the store. To be specific, it was bought at Aldi for $3.99 a couple of weeks ago and now is just really ripe and juicy - ready to bite into.

So eat some watermelon, bathe or bake in the sun (with plenty of SPF of course) and enjoy the North Carolina summer!
