Kroger has some great Mexican food specials in stores right now. Besides fantastic churros, Kroger also has specific Mexican dishes, such as ready to eat meat dishes and marinated chicken or beef for grilling! The chicken I picked up has a wonderful flavor. It is a mixture of limy fruit flavor with some hot, hot spices. Perfect to use the chicken as a salad topping or in a sandwich wrap. A little of this chicken will go a long way because the flavor is strong, unique and goes well with a variety of side dishes or as an add-on to a healthy summer dish like salad or cold sandwich!
