Through Smiley360.com I received a couple of coupons for Kikkoman soy sauce - very happy about these little gifts because I love to cook Asian food and soy sauce is therefore a staple in my pantry.
I found a nice chicken on sale and per instructions marinated it overnight in a mix of Kikkoman Soy Sauce, water, spices and herbs. Below you see the photo essay of preparing the chicken with the soy sauce brine. The chicken turned out to be very juice and the skin was nice and crunchy. I will definitely consider using a brine more often now for prepping chicken - we all loved the flavor of this chicken!
